REPAIR TO BED HARD WITH PLY TOP ( FD-246/247) :

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed Hard Plytop/Newar to be made of 12mm thick (7 Ply) commercial plywood , BWR grade, confirming to IS 303 and ISI marked and to be fixed without having any joints, Make of ply : Green Panel/Green ply/Century/Archid shape and size, as per drg and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable long rail shall be First class class hardwood well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and dead knots, shape and size, all as on drg and as directed.

All as per the description of Srl Item No. 1.02 above but Short Rail/Stiffener.

HEAD REST : Unserviceable ply to be replaced by 3mm thick ply wood both sides of Head Board one side teak faced and other side commercial plywood BWR grade general purpose type confirming to IS 303 and ISI marked including teak wood beading all around and 1/2 cut 12mm dia beading made to shape as shown on drg or directed.

FOOT REST : All as per the description of Srl Item No. 1.04 above but foot rest.

HEAD REST : Dismantling of unserviceable Head rest of Bed ply top, S&F new Head rest complete (well finished with polishing) of bed ply top along with MS angle strip of size 4' x 4' x 6mm, suitable type of MS Screws and as per drg and as directed.

FOOT REST: All as per the description of Srl Item No. 1.06 above but foot rest.

S&F of MS corner bracket in right angled shape of size 4"x4", 6mm thick with Six holes duly painted with black enamel paint after applying the one coat of red oxide primer with suitable MS Screws to the bed as directed.

FOR Srl item 3.00 to 32.00:- Note:- M&L required for removing the existing broken or unserviceable components of wooden furniture items as given below from Srl No. 3.00 to 32.00 including preparation and S&F (in replacement) new Ist class hard wood well seasoned teakwood free from cracks and dead knots and applying two coats of french polish to all replaced components complete to match the original all as specified in drawings and as directed.

Labour for removing the unserviceable worn out / broken cane & re-canning with new plastic cane of not less than 2mm wide x 0.46mm thick and border caning atleast 3.5mm wide as per Godrej pattern including total scrubbing & cleaning of surfaces tightening the frame for chair dining, chair writing, chair easy, stool dressing, Bin soiled linen, etc. complete all as specified and as shown in drgs. and as directed.

Labour for cleaning, mild grinding and preparation of old treated wooden surfaces of any description, filling of cracks with putty and applying two coats of french polish for the following wooden furniture all as shown in drgs in any colour/shade as directed (including polishing at site)
