REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF LT UG CABLE AND REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE LT UG CABLE AND CONNECTED WORKS AT INS MANDOVI UNDER GE (P) NAVY MANDOVI

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / errection of poles all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified.

Cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish all as all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point.all as specified.

M & L in repairs for laying LT UG XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cables of size 10 SQ mm 4 core , with multistranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS including centre glands as required suitable size lugs at end termination etc, laid in trenches/ wall / poles/ ceiling and connecting with existing LT switch gears /Bus Bar/Junction boxes etc, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1) Rate quoted includes taking out old unserviceable UG LT cable. 2) Earth work and DWC pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule
