M&l for Glazed ceramic tiles of any colour in vertical surfaces 300 x 600x 8mm thick mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat cement plaster in CM 1:4

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick black colour Granite work in single piece (table rubbed and polished) in steps, floors, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade over and including 20mm thick CM (1:6) bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete

S&F for Renewing glazed wall tiles of any size in patches, area n exc 5 sq. m. including cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed, removing rubbish and replacing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings, etc. and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete

Note:- (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary ladder and machinery for pressure cleaning and safety apparatus required for execution of work. (ii) Unit rate quoted shall include for writing the date of actual cleaning with white paint on black background to match with the existing.
