Providing and Laying double charged vitrified floor/wall tiles of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar in 1:3 respectively including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete of RAK, Khajaria.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality of RAK,Khajaria in colour such as White,Ivory,Grey,Fume Red,Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement etc.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles on 12 mm thick 1:3 cement mortar including jointing with white cement (300x450 mm) of quality Rak/Khajaria.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand preparing and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of aapproved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade , having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats on new work).
