EARTHING & ACCESSORIES

Supply & making of maintenance free earth station with safe chemical earthing as per IS 3043 with pure copper electrode, UL certified, 80 mm dia, 3 mtrs length type tested from CPRI/ERDA which are mandatory. Earth enhacing material as per IEEE standard RoHS complied of 2x25 Kg per earth pit shall have low ground resistivity, better conductivity, corrosion protection of electrode, non-leaching and environment friendly properties. Inspection joints shall be used for testing of pit resistance (Value shall be less than 3 ohm). Earth pits shall be covered with Heavy duty poly chamber. All tools/tackels,equipment, boring equipment, hardware and services required for successful completion of the work shall be in the scope. Rework shall be sone if it not upto the satisfaction of EIC. Chemical earthing should be maintenance free for the warranty period of 10 years. After completion of earthing, area dressing shall be done by contractor. The connection of GI flat with the Copper bonded electrode/Rod shall be done by Exothermic welding joint (L,T or cross) using M12 GI Bolt.
