M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces in patches and in any position of as in chajja, facia, drope etc. with cement mortar (1:4) with WPC @100 ml per 50 kg of cement or all as per manufatucring Instruction including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site after instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesas in walls in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI wire netting of 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joist etc in walls, ceilings etc including all laps, cutting and waste fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick, second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc, (with sash bars), divided into squares,, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.00mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples including timber bead complete all as specified and as directed.
