Face-lifting of Jammu Based Establishments of SMVDSB viz. Vaishnavi Dham, Kalika Dham and Saraswati Dham.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional costs wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.90 liters / 10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Removing dry or oil based distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. Water thin-able cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter.

Varnishing with flatting varnish of approved brand and manufacture one or more coats on old work.

Removal of existing polish and preparation of surface by applying chemical varnish, stripper to soften old layer, scrap it with sand paper, borewood to remove embedded strains and scratches and smoothening by filling stripped surface of wood rubbed with filler/putty. Applying of polyurthene polish (PU) 3 to 4 coats and base sealer is applied and allowed to air cure and followed by light rub down with successive coat of PU varnish for glory finish with spray gun.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
