Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R Work)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and direction.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, rubber moulded glossy finish, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised Aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm for seamless ceiling, and hangers 6 mm dia G.I. ( Upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete and including supply and fixing 12mm thick perforated particle board for insulation and accoustics purposes, 60 cmx 60 cm size as per manufacturers instructions and jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges other board any other joints with recommended jointing compound over jointing tapes including dismantling of existing ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solid PVC wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specifications,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work as in truss, rafter purling, made out of angle / Hollow pipe / tube section including jointing cleats, plates flat iron, gusset plates, rails, braces etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (gde-E-250) Quality, confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
