Labour charges for cutting, welding, fabrication & laying in position of the MS plates including cost of labour charges, cutting, fabrication charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. (MS Scrap will be supplied by Dept. at free of cost)

Micro Concrete 75mm Thickness a. Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Providing shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12 to 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
