MEDICAL GAS PIPELINE SYSTEM Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Medical Grade Copper Pipelines along with saddles, M.S. Supports, tees, reducers bend etc. of different size as mentioned below as per the requirement. The copper pipes used will be solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized, non-arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased, manufactured as per CU DHP to 1190-1 and CW 024A to EN 1412. Before erection all pipes along with fitting will be cleaned for dirt and will be degreased. After erection, all the pipe lines will be cleaned or purged with the help of dry nitrogen gas and will be tested with dry nitrogen at a pressure of 10 bar for 48 hours. The Job also includes painting of Copper pipes, as per ISO color coding. OXYGEN OUTLETS WITH PROBES/ADAPTERS CE Marked: Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Oxygen Outlet points along with matching adapters in different critical Wards and units of hospital. The oxygen outlets would have following features: 1.Accepts P.B type Gas Specific Adapters. 2.Pin indexed to prevent interchangeability of gas services. Each outlet is cleaned for Medical Gas Services and Pressure tested. Less than 3 Psi(21KPa) pressure drop through the outlet @ 120lt/min and 50 psi(345KPa) inlet pressure. Inlet pipe can be swiveled 360degree for ease of installation. Outlet can be adjusted up to 11/4(32mm) well thickness. The equipment is manufactured in an ISO 13485 registered facility. Oxygen Flow Meters with Humidifier Bottle CE Marked: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of imported Oxygen Flow Meter with humidifier both unbreakable polycarbonate material and auto cleavable @ 1210 C for 15 minutes, in different critical Wards/ Units of the hospital. It would have the following features: It should be back pressure compensated flow meter, will be of accurate gas flow measurement and control within a range of 0 to 15 liter per minute for use of in a variety of respiratory therapy gas delivery system. This unit would be having attachment to fit humidifier bottle of capacity 100ml. It should be completed in all respect for efficient working. Oxygen Manifold 16+16 CE Marked confirming to HTMO2/01/NFPA99. Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Oxygen Manifold (Main) having the following specifications. The oxygen manifolds extendable type of size 16+16 for Bulk Oxygen Cylinder. It will be suitable to withstand a working pressure of 140 kg/cm2.The main frame is made of 50×50×6mm ISA and bottom frame of 20×20mm sq. are installed in such a way that each cylinder must be stage for use in upright position with properly supported. The manifold will also have high pressure copper annealed tail pipes with one end having brass adapter suitable for oxygen cylinder and other suitable for manifold NR Valves. The manifold will also have 32 brass non return valves for each oxygen cylinder. The control panel should be capable of auto shifting to reserve bank on exhaustion of service bank without interruption of Oxygen delivery. The panel shall be fitted with pressure gauges, indicator LED’s and Buzzer Alarm when either of the bank gets depleted. The Control panel must have safety valve integrated in the outlet pipe so that in case of pressure blockage it may open to prevent the bursting of pipe. Emergency Oxygen manifold (5+5) CE Marked: Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 10 Cylinder (5+5) Emergency Oxygen manifold with 10 nos. NR Valves, Pig tail brass pipes with bull nose fittings of RH threading suitable for cylinder valves. The manifold should withstand a pressure of 140 kg/ cm2.The copper pig tail pipes shall be fitted with individual Non-Return Valves of the cylinder manifold for easy removal of cylinders without disturbance to manifold operation. Air Compressor Duplex System CE Marked IS 2825: Providing, Installation and commissioning of Oil Free Air Compressor Duplex System (02 nos., one working and one standby) for supplying compressed medical air to different critical wards/units of the hospital. The system consists of Compressors of capacity 50 CFM (minimum) coupled with suitable capacity electric motor along with Desiccant Type Air Driers with connected with 2000Ltr. MS Tank confirming to BS 5169 class-III. The Compressor is capable of supplying compressed air at 7 bars maximum pressure 90 PSI through different pipelines fitted with the pressure regulators.
