REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEWER PIPE, NAHANI TRAP AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE IN D2, E3 AREA, MES COLONY AND MES INSTALLATIONS IN ZONE A AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth from wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 sq cm superficial area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats /aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to disturbed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint / weather coat to match the existing surface upto fourth floor complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of vegetation, grass, bush, weed trees height upto 1 meter above the ground level in around 3 meter of the periphery manhole, drain etc and removed the tree route complete and removing the vegetation to a distance exceeding 500 meter but not exceeding 1000 meter complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable, erection of poles etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and exc. 1.50 m in depth but not exc. 3.00 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain, hardstanding including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), of size 300mm x 100mm x 200mm and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
