300 mm Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipment’s, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot-welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell.

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete.

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I).

Providing & fixing of 200 mm dia MS pipe.

Providing & filling of Pea Gravel of size 2 mm to 4 mm dia into bore well including cost of labour, material etc. required for proper completion of work.

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of useable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, including disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in surface excavation over area (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling of excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. by ramming and watering.

Providing & laying of Cement Concrete of size 1.5m x 1.5m x 0.15m below CC Block in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding of cost of centring, shuttering all work upto plinth level.

Providing & laying of Cement Concrete Block of size 0.80m x 0.80m x 1.5m in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding of cost of centring, shuttering all work upto plinth level.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundation, footing, basses for columns.

Fabrication & fixing of Security System as per design including cost of material, labour, etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fabrication & Supply of angle Iron Sign board of frame size 1.20x0.90x1.95 mt. with cross strip & beading of size 30x4 mm welded on frame of MS angle size 40x40x5 mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing & design including all labour, material and T&P etc. complete.

Fixing of legs of sign board on cement concrete block of size 0.30m x 0.30m x 0.60m in ratio 1:3:6 as per drawing & design including all labour, material etc. complete.

Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on MS sheet both side including all labour, material etc. complete.

Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post Office Red Colour Fluorescent Paint as per drawing and detail given including all labour, material etc. complete.

Loading/Unloading & transportation of material, T&P including all labour etc complete.

Tentage charges.

Reduce Level Survey work for fixing of Latitude, Longitude including all labour, T&P etc. as required.
