REPAIR/MAINT OF ROOF SHEET, FALSE CEILING AND TILING IN CERTAIN BLDGS AT MP GOLAI AND BURDONG AREA UNDER GE GANGTOK

Dismantling old PGI/CGI/Fiber sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia including ridge etc and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in -before but except sheeting but including new hooks , nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 0.45mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley, eaves, etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness , size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs clips and removal from the site complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as directed.

S&F for Rolled sections Fe 410-w (grade E-250) quality-A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Materials & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or stone masonary of wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc.,) /AC sheets and plywood any thickness and cover fillets and removal of dismantled materials/rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour for 4 mm thick plywood, 5 ply, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work in wall / ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for 6 mm thick plywood, 5 ply, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work in wall / ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails, cross sectional area exc 03 sq.cm & n.exc 06 sq.cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 600mm x 600mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 1mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.30mm thick, cross tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.30mm thick and wall angle shall be 20mm x 20mm x 0.30mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E-board) of approved texture, for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 595 x 595 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion diatemper over a coat of primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17.00 here-in -before but except timber scantling complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling fixed clean swan complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors steps etc including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS- 13712, grade B-II - (a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed / bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed..

All as per item No 23.00 here-in-above but in skirting with 10 mm thick backing coat in CM ( 1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition to cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path etc (75mm thick) finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made steel windows with side hung shutters openable type including friction/box type hinges steel handle and peg stay complete with glazing bars fixed to existing opening and making good to match as per existing surfaces including taking out old/unserviceable steel windows etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass panes ordinary quality n.exc 0.5sqm each fixed to steel frame complete with oil putty in square including steel pin complete all as specified and as directed.
