Taking out doors, windows and clerestorey windows shutters ( steel or wood ) including stacking within 50 meters lead.

Dismantling roofing includimg ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc and stacking the material 50 meteres lead .

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, toos, flats and channels including all guset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. Including dismentling and stacking within 50 meters .

Dismantling dry brick pitching in floors, drains, etc. Including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismatled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal damping ground or as approved by Engineer in charge, beyond 50 meters initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
