Steel Structure -Providing and Erecion of Steel Sturucture as per Structural Drawings at Site with Typical Portal fabricated with steel plates of GRADE 350(FE-490) as per IS : 2062 with minimum Welding shall confirm to IS:816 and minimum Yield Stress of the Electrode 360 MPS and UTS 510-610 MPA as per IS : 814 . Foundation BOLTS of 8.8 GRADE & NUTS SHALL CONFORM TO IS:4000:1992.

Painting of Steel Structure- Painting of Steel Structure includingh the cost of Material, labour, Scaffolding and at site, The Metal surface shall be thouroughly cleaned of any Grease and Oil which shall be then Primered with Enamel Based Metal Primer of Asian/Nerolac/Berger/Dulux make. Two Coats of Aluminium paint Shall be Done over the Primered Structre of Asian/Nerolac/Berger/Dulux make

Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh- Providing and Fixing of Stainless Steel welded Wiremesh of 1.6mm th. Wire and 50mmx50mm Void. The Fixing Shall be done with M.S. Strip and Self threading Screws. The Cost Shall Include the cost of Material, labour, Installation at site. The Welded Wiremesh Should be of 304 Grade with Lab test Certificate. Wiremesh Void shall be of 50 mm x 50mm with tolerence of +/- 1mm and the thichness of wire shall be 1.6mm with tolerence of +/- 0.1mm

Polycarbonate Sheet- Providing and Fixing of poly carbonate sheet 3mm thick. The fixing shall be done with MS strip/ Cladding painted (Asin Item No. 2 above)

Earthwork Excavation- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m (all kind of soil)

Good Earth Filling- Excavating, supplying and filling of local goods earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, side of foundation etc complete

PCC in Foundation and under Pavement- Cement concrete bedding in foundation and under pavement including shuttering, consolidation and curing etc complete 1:4:8 (in foundation)

RCC work for foundation: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing but excluding the cost of reinforcement- All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (in foundation)

Foot Path 3'-6" wide: Providing and laying designer tiles (approved 40 mm thick)

Water Body:- Construction of water body as per drawing including fixing of approved tiles and water proofing

MS Chain railing:- Providing and fixing of MS Chain railing on both sides of foot path tied with MS round pipe poles as per drawing
