M&L for removing and roughining of surfaces existing water proofing treatment (incl. APP membrane, plaster, PCC padding ) of any type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and disposing off out side Defence Land including Cleaning the surface by roughening, sweeping clean and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 kgs/sqm all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC roof surface with mixing of water proofing compound 3% by the weight cement to horizontal or vertical surfaces finished cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work (Water proofing compound will be measured separately)

M & L for water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core 100 micron HMHDPE out film 20 micron each having thickness 3 mm, weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm with 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap and laid with following course of descriotion below :- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 - 1965 @ 0.50 ltr /Sqm prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated and solvent oil in primer shall be allowed to evaporate completely. (b) Second coat of bonding material using hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS 702 - 1988 over bituminous primer. (c) Third course i.e. laying of APP modified polymeric membrane describe hereinbefore with 100 mm over lap in longitudinal direction and 100 mm in transverse direction, all joints and changes in all diretion should be curred with cement mortar (1 : 3 ) mixted with SBT Latex @ 200 ml per bag of cement and curred well before laying themembrane. (d) Fourth course of bonding material using hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS 702- 1988 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over membrane. (e) Fifth course is sprinkling a layer of course sand dusting @ 1 Kg/Sqm as directed.

Supply only Integral WPC all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 20 mm GI tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old GI tubing 20 mm and connection in new or old position (walls ceiling floors etc. including cutting, cleaning, threading, fixing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors 20 mm dia bore pipe (including in short length) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of water tanks capacity exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing 500 ltrs tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured seperately)

S & F 500 litre rotational moulded tripple layer polyethlene water storage tanks white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) and suitable size of MS tasla with locking system hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm PTMT valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc complete all as specified and as directed

S & F as in repair Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling framed work timber scantlings 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MS joist channel , angle or Tee section MS tubes, flats square bars etc fixed indepently or framed or without connecting plates, (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) trusses etc any type framing including purlins and rafters etc complete all as specified and directed.(Fe 410-W Gde E-250 Quality A)

S&F for Expanded metal in available size weight not exc. 4.00 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends of radius110 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC ( SWR pipe ) 110 mm bore rain water pipe including removing old pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.
