ATTENDING GAS LEAKAGE OF 132 KV CIRCUIT BREAKER

Dismantling of "B" phase pole of 132 KV SF-6 circuit breaker of 63 MVA T/F at 132 KV Bah, Agra for attending the gas leakage. The job includes erection of the same pole after atending the gas leakage including cost of labour T&P etc. required for execution of work.

Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132 KV SF-6 CB, CGL make type 120 SFM-32A of 63 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Bah Agra. The job includes opening of B-pole assembly from upper & lower terminal flanges. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelains with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying anabond adhesive. Reassembly of pole then evacuation of pole upto 760 mm. Hg. After testing of vaccum for 12 hrs. and staisfactory result, refilling of SF-6 gas upto required level. Checking of proper operation of CB from local and remote. All materials, T&P except SF-6 gas required for execution of work will be arranged by the contractor at his on cost.

Replacement of ETNA seal assembly including all associated works.
