Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D kg or more(for M-30) .

Earth mat for 33KV yard :- Design , supply , and erection of earth mat work which includes 16mm thick rod and 20mm thick earth electrodes in accordance with approved design and drawings including excavation and refilling of soil complete in all respect and any other work contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT(Steel reinforcement, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more).

Foundation :- Design and construction of RCC Grade M30 Using Concrete Mixer C.C of M30 concrete platforms for , Foundation of 33 KVA transformer , and all other foundations as required as per drawings and Engineer-in-charge , including excavation and back filling as required to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as needed and in accordance with approved design and drawings including excavation and refilling of soil complete in all respect and any other work contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT

Boundary wall:- Designing and construction of boundary wall of 33 KV substation in Behrampur STP with height shall be 1.50Mtr with RCC pillar @3Mtr C/C as per design / drawing foundation of boundary wall shall be minimum 0.90m below natural ground level.
