GEAFU-29 OF 2026-27 REPAIRS TO DRAINS, FENCING, HARDSTANDINGS, CULVERTS, PATHS, SWTS, SUMPS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN UDHAMPUR

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement using WPC as in SWTs/Sumps/drains complete all as directed. WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as directed.

Cleaning of existing drain n.exc 1.50 Mtr deep and n.exc 1.50 Mtr wide by removing silt, mud, dirt, debris, vegegation and bird droppings etc upto drain bottom PCC and side wall clean to flow water smoothly and removing all debris as directed by Engr-in-Charge upto a distance of 5KM complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:1:2 nominal mix as in foundation of SWTs/Sumps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel wire fabric (weight n exc 4.00 Kg per sqm metre) used as reinforcement in SWTs/Sumps complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as spfd.

M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces and applying one coat of concrete paints on new/old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
