Surveying, Planning, Design, Construction, Installation, testing and commissioning of 350 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant based on Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) Technology including trial run, operation and maintenance for 5 Years at Bhokai Colony

Surveying, planning ,Designing & Geotechnical investigation, if required, submission and approval of General Arrangements drawings (GAD), Detailed system design, hydraulic design, mechanical, electrical and civil construction drawings of 350 KLD STP based on MBBR Technology as per scope of work and terms and conditions of tender documents including submission and approval of Layout drawing for pumps and electrical items for approval. Payment shall be on pro-rata basis as per Payment-Schedule.

CIVIL WORKS : Supply / Construction, installation, testing, commissioning and trial run of all required tanks, chambers, pump house, shed for blower, MGF and ACF including excavation, refilling, levelling of site of STP area and allied works as per instruction of engineer In charge and as per terms and conditions of tender document., including Development works like fencing of boundary of STP, paver, horticulture and landscaping etc. Payment shall be on pro-rata basis as per Pament-Schedule, on progress of work completed duly measured and certified by the Engineer-In-charge. Note :The item of work also includes any other Item of work which is not specified but required for successful completion and commissioning of STP as per scope of work.

MECHANICAL WORKS : Supply, installation, testing , commissioning and trial run of all required Mechanical works / equipments such as pumps, valves, motors, blowers, pipeline/interconnecting pipeline, and other allied works which also include foundation works confirming to stipulated specification and quality in good condition at site as per approved drawing and tender document after inspection and subsequently certified by Engineer-In-Charge. Payment shall be on pro-rata basis as per Payment-Schedule, on progress of work completed duly measured and certified by the Engineer-In-charge. Note :The item of work also includes any other Item of work which is not specified but required for successful completion and commissioning of STP as per scope of work.

ELECTRICAL WORKS : Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and trial run of required Electrical Works/ equipments such as electric control panels and external and internal electrification of pump house, drawing input power connection, Power cables, wiring and allied works which also include foundation/ support works confirming to stipulated specification and quality in good condition at site as per approved drawing and tender document after inspection and subsequently certified by Engineer-In-Charge. Payment shall be on pro-rata basis as per Payment-Schedule, on progress of work completed duly measured and certified by the Engineer-In-charge. Note :The item of work also includes any other Item of work which is not specified but required for successful completion and commissioning of STP as per scope of work.

Operation and maintenance cost of STP for 60 calendar months (i.e. 4x365+366) =1826 days) during Defect Liability Period. No extra payment shall made towards repair, replacement of spare parts, components, equipment, and any consumables as per terms and condition of Section-5(B)/ clause No. 33 of GTC of chapter II of CMM and further amended vide letter no.CIL/CIVIL/192/232 dated 07.04.2017. Payment shall be made as per Payment-Schedule , on progress of work completed duly measured and certified by the Engineer-In-charge. Biddar shall quote operation cost for each year seperately as below:

1st Year operation and maintenance cost.

2nd Year operation and maintenance cost.

3rd Year operation and maintenance cost.

4th Year operation and maintenance cost.

5th Year operation and maintenance cost.
