Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Second class deodar wood
Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.
Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer
Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface
Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
