Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, switch,socket or power, Bell & Two way point) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose,sketch light fittings etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls as directed.

M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric FRLS cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling PVC conduit on surface will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs excluding MS boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 4 above but one 5 Amps socket out let point controlled by one switch on same board with other switches.

All as per item no 4 above but one 5 Amps socket out let point on independent board controlled by one switch.
