M&L Rendering 15mm thick on Brick / Concrete Surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on concrete surfaces such as sofit of slab, chajja etc in CM (1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in two coat ie. 10mm thick under coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement using WPC Note : Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out existing water proofing treatment of any type all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and disposing off out side MD land to a distance n.exc 250mt from the starting point all as directed.

Cleaning the surface by roughening, sweeping clean and washing down and applying cement slurry @ 3 kgs/sqm

Cutting cranks to V section in existing roof or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a mixture of hot bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight)

Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture 1:3 by weight 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces

40mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in RCC roof surface with mixing of water proofing compound 3% by the weight cement to horizontal or vertical surfaces finished cement concrete surface even and smooth including necessary form work (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm and Providing 3mm thick Atactic Polypropyle Polymer(APP) modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over the mebrance @ 1.2 kg/sqm top of membrane surface shall then be finished two coats of with aluminium paint @ 0.10 Ltrs/sqm complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thicknessm, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads
