Taking down carefully any type of LED tube light Fittings, LED 2'x2' ceiling Light Fittings and ceiling fans from on bldg ceiling and the removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of wall to match with the original existing finish all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Point wiring using FRLS-H PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm drawn through and including PVC conduit of min 20 mm dia by Cutting chases for conduits and sinking's for boxes and making good to walls, floors etc fo concealed conduit wiring with sheet metal box of GI sheet minimum 1.8 mm thick with earth terminal for safety, including all fittings i.e. tees, bands and junction boxes, screws etc. complete for One light/Fan point controlled by one switch 6 Amps one way using cable (1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sq mm earthing) Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate complete. Note:- (a) wiring shall be done by using colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour.

Supply and fixing in repair Ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing of serviceable LED Tube light fittings of any capacity on existing position taken out/retrived from serial item No.40 complete all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of LED lights fitting with LED batten with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic drive 1x 22 watts 4 feet ,(Warm/ Warm White) 220V,AC twin light mode rechargeble fitting with white acrylic cover along with LED lamp white colour complete including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-Charge all as directed.

Fixing only serviceable LED 2'x2' ceiling Light Fittings of any capacity on existing position taken out/retrived from serial item No.40 complete all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 36 watt 220 volts AC recessed mounting type low depth aesthetically designed LED 2x2 feet flat (Warm/ Warm White) panels, with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light (Warm/ Warm White) suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only ceiling fan on existing position taken out/retrived from serial item No.40 complete all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
