Rendering/plastering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, using WPC, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (WPC measured separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) ISI marked complete all as specified.

Cement base paint in three coats on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of chalk whitening including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getteing out in soft soil.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Dismantling brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exc-6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6),complete all as specified.

All as per item No-11 here-in -above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old serivceable bricks obtained from Srl No 19 shall be reused after proper cleaning.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, fillings and mass concerte complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded agg) in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, ier aps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

Providing for 25mm thick precast reinforced cement concrete jafferi jallies,(1:2:4) 12.5mm graded stone aggregate type BO (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame all as specified and as directed

Formwork for fair finish surface of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders,bressummers,lintel,cantiliver shelves,including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc.

Reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3),type A1(M20) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams,cantilevers,bressmmers, lintel over 1.5 m span complete all as specified.(form work and reinforcement measured separately).

M&L mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 19 above but 6 to 8mm dia and over etc as in stirrups binders all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC) embedded in concrete,brick work, msonary etc any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel structural work as in angle iron posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes, notching for wires etc, flat iron fillets (for securing chain link, square /round bars for chain link fencing etc including all necessary drilling,bolting, welding or riveting etc and all other similar works conforming Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as speciied and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not other described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) (each coat) over a coat of primer red oxide (zinc chrome) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing of any description ( barbed wire fence), including plian bars and MS flats including nut and bolts/rivets complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing made of 3.15 mm dia wire and 50mm x 50mm mesh.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long , dia meter of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Framed mild steel work of grade Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0(w gde E-250,quality A) as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gussest plates,rails,braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering , doors etc , to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging and fixing complete all as specified.

S&F concertina coils of 600 mm dia GI steel wire of 3.15 mm in coils as approved by Engineer-in-charge and tying with GI MS wire staples or steel pins etc on barbed wire all as specified and directed as per ISI specification.
