Construction of Multipurpose Hall @ Poyyangulam village & Sempatti Panchayat.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and list in all classes of soils except hard rock reg. blasting etc., complete as per SS 20B for foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Filling in basement with well gravel layers of not more than 15cm thick,well rammed,watered and compacted,complying with standard specification etc complete.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼" x 2 ¾” including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete.

RCC 1:11/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supply & erection of steel Centring chrges including strutting including all cost and convayance and all charges etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight etc

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Paving the Floor with Vitrified tiles in CM 1:3 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary etc complete.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Special ceiling plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour charges etc.,

Distember two coats with approved color including cost of conveyance of all materials to site including all labours and all other incidental charge etc., complete for outside of the Building as per standard specifications.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting with approved quality ready mixed paint two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges etc., complete for doors and windows.

Towards cost for Supply of Steel doors with 18G MS Sheet shutter in two leaves etc complete.

Towards cost for Supply of Steel windows of size 1.20m x 1.30m steel windows with 18G MS Sheet shutter & 12mm sq.MS bar in two leaves etc complete.

Towards cost for fixing charges of doors of size 1.20m x 2.10m steel door with 18G MS Sheet shutter in two leaves etc complete.
