Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness (except ceramic tiles) in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. Make- Somany/ Kajaria/Johnsons/Orient

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 25mm thick coarse sand all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed (Note : screed bed layer of cement mortar shall be measured seperately)

M&L for Machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and directed (Note : screed bed layer of cement mortar shall be measured seperately).

M&L for Marble work 16 to 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps,strips, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) includ-ing pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble of any shade Note : Cement mortar screed bed lay or shall be measured & paid separately.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. All as per item No.9 above but each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic coloured light grade tiles 10mm thick (Squre/rectangular) ploshed, area of each tiles not exeeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade. Make- Somany/ Kajaria/Johnsons/Orient

M/L rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to glazed tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces, of walls as in skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Make- Somany/ Kajaria/Johnsons/Orient

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness(Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded aggregate) and foundations floors, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 40 mm thick type B1 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub base floor, and finishing even smooth and using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in lintel upto 1.5mm clear span, cills,steps, plinth course, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof padding, kerbs etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints,laid in trenches or in floors:-

M/L for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stones boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 MM thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar. including coping but except ashlar facing dressed stone work to precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed

M/L for Brick works with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M/L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in cement 1:4 and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintel upto 1.5mm clear span, cills,steps, plinth course, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof padding etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 as in surface channels and drains & benching of manholes and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.

Demolition of RCC of any description (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and any position not otherwise provided for demolition lime. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix of type B-1 using (20mm graded aggregate) as in Landings, cover slabs for manholes, hoods, chullah, chhajas, roof troughs mangers etc with plain faces set in cement mix for 1:6, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. Complete all as specified and directed. Make-Tata/SAIL
