Providing material and labour for laying water proofing over R.C.C. SLAB consisting first Layer of special water proofing compound 1 kg/10 sq.mt. mixed with Cement slurry spreaded over maked slab and second layer of leveling Coarse of c:m 1:3( 1 cement :3 fine sand ) of 25mm (a.v.) bed thickness. Third layer consisting of brick aggregates of 75mm (av.) thickness mix with 50% cement mortar 1:3 for joint filling and top finish having 10mm average thickness and exposed top smooth finishing with cement slurry including making false chequired 300mm x 300mm in size. The treatment is to be carried alongwith the vertical surface of the parapet and other joining wall upto height of about 200mm in a shape of quarter round vata including curing etc. complete as per specification. Providing and fixing FRP of 28mm thick Fibre Glass shutter with 1.5 to 2.0 mm thick fire retardent grade FRP skin in depressed panel design having extra reinforcement on sides & edges & in Gel coat finish. The core of the shutter is to be filled up with injected retardent grade polyurethane foam done in situ alongwith embedded wooden pieces for stiffening & also taking hinges & fintures. The whole FRP frame & shutter is to be water proof ,weather proof, termite proof & resistance to mild acid/alkali. Painting three coats (including priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1-cement : 2-coarse sand : 4-graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer and finished with a floating coat of neat cement. (B) 50mm thick.

Supply & Installation Softboard paneling made of fabric of high quality & foam, which is washable, scratch resistance and fire retardant properties on 6mm thk. ply/softboard backing. Aluminium trim to be installed all arounf the softbaord paneling as per design & detail and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ALTOP OR EQUIVALENT)

Applying two coats of Birla (white cement based) or Asian (acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Providing and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of Asian/ICI/Berger make to all internal walls and ceilings, of approved colour over a coat of primer including preparation of surface by thorough cleaning and wetting and applying ready made putty of "Altek" or "Wall Care" or equivalent as per manufacturer specification fully to give a smooth and even surface before painting and curing as per manufacturers specifications and as directed.

Providing material and labour for Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete (Make:-Asian/ICI/Berger/Dulex of Nerolac)

Providing material and labour for construction of Kitchen Platform (0.75m wide) made from Black Granite (16mm to 18mm thick) in top of kitchen platform rested on black kadapa stone (av.30mm thick) supported on sandwiched vertical supports of Kadapa Stone bottom of granite stone for base of platform, at required distance or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. One side vertical granite stone in geometrical shape, front granite stone patti for fascia work as well as horizontal boarders including molding and mirror polishing by hand grinder to all exposed black granite edges and providing opening of required size and shape of kitchen sink in granite and kadapa stone in line and level. The vertical supports of kadapa stone sandwiched/ gap fill up with cement mortar 1:1 and cement slurry and the granite stone vertical side and patti etc with adhesive material like Araldite etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying PLINTH PROTECTION including excavation of 30cm. Depth and filling with Brick bats of 20cm. Thick and C.C. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse and :4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) of 10cm. Thick and top layers of C.C. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregates 20mm. Nominal size ) of 50mm, thick including finishing top surface with floating coat of neat cement slurry.
