Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down Transformer 11/0.415 KV capacity 250 KVA level III, IS-1180 Part-I outdoor type copper wound 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycle per second, oil immersed naturally cooled external cooling tube core type Delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connection on secondary side (LV side) having typing 0, + 2.5%, + 5%, + 7.5% to charged by means of hand operated, off load/ tap charging gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with standard fitting with such as two earthing terminals for body and one additional for neutral brought out in bushing, oil level gauge indicator for level minimum and maximum, lifting lugs, rating and terminal plate, plain breather device to prevent ingress of rain water and inserts, drain cum sampling value 20 mm bore steel with plug, dial type thermo meter, oil filling hole 32 mm threaded with plug. The transformer shall be powder coated for water/ dust and vermin proof. Note- (1) Transformer oil shall be conforming to requirement of IS 335-1983 specification for new insulating oil for transformer. (2) Equipment shall be suitable to operate at 3500 Mtr above MSL at temperature variation between (-) 25 degree centigrade to (+) 35 degree centigrade, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for construction of platform for installation of transformer of size all as shown in Drawing No CELZ-TD-02-2022-PLATFORM FOR TRANSFORMER UPTO 500 KVA, including chain link fencing around PCC platform for 250 KVA transformer of size 6m x 6m x 1.8m including 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron post embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 foundation of size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.45m including angle iron 50 x 50 x 6mm at corner braced with angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm support including filling aggregate of 40mm to 63mm size of spread thickness 100mm all around. The platform along with entrance gate of size 1.5m wide and height same as fencing complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for galvanized iron pipe 80mm bore light grade with all fitting laid in trenches/wall/floor/pole for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size all as specified. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made cubical out door LT panel pedestal mounting type confirming to IP-54, CPRI approved fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated, Aluminium bus bar 600 Amp rating capacity, Three Phase and 125 Amp for Neutral with minimum clearance 75 mm, all as per IS shall be available inside for easy access and working condition, Markings should be made to identify incoming and outgoing circuits and earthing bolts at two points, inside panel for housing the following accessories :- (i) Changeover switch 250 Amps 4 Pole - 01 No. (ii) Phase indicating lamp (RYB) - 01 Set. (iii) MCCB 250 Amps, 25 KA, 4 Pole 415 Volts 50 HZ AC - 01 No. (iv) MCCB 160 Amps - 03 Nos. (v) MCCB 125 Amps - 02 Nos. (vi) MCB SPN 32 Amps - 02 Nos. (vii) Digital type Voltmeter (0-500 Volts) with LCD display with inbuilt selector switch - 01 No. (viii) Digital type Ammeter (0-250 Amps) with LCD display with inbuilt selector switch - 01 No.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying of cable in trenches/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.
