TENDER FOR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFT AT DIGIANA UNDER GE KALUCHAK.

Comprehensive maintenance of installed lift in reliable, safe and efficient operation condition by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner for lifts with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device installed complete all as specified and directed at Block "A" and Block "B" Building, for Ground + 7 floors lift. Note for item No. 1 & 2 :- (i) The maintenance and repair works of lifts shall be carried out through OEM or their accredicted/authorized agencies only. The contractor shall submit MOU with OEM or their accredicted/authorized agency duly signed by the contractor and OEM or their accredicted/authorized agency after Acceptance of tender and before placing of work order by GE. (ii) The third party damage due to malfunctioning of lifts shall be the responcibility of the vendor/contractor maintaining the lifts. (iii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining, adjusting and lubricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. The cost of all minor parts including healthy ARD/UPS system and maintenance such as repairing, connecting and complete labour required for smooth functioning of lifts. These aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Continued.... (iv) The contractor shall attend major breakdown of lift/non functioning of lifts immediately on information received from the department. The cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates qouted by the contractor. (v) Major spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately. (vi) The contractor to note that monthly services will not be paid for the building under going special repairs/unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor or all as directed. (vii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/mobile number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (viii) All existing earthings of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (ix) A calender month comprises of 30 days.

Power Contactor 10 to 25 Amps rating suitable for exisiting lift complete all as specified and directed.

Relay cards suitable for exisiting lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of full length Infra Red Door sensor complete all as specified and directed

Main controller card for exisiting lift complete all as specified and directed

SMPS power supply for exisiting lift complete all as specified and directed

Floor indicator 7 segment 12/24 Volt DC for exisiting lift complete all as specified and directed

Limit switch for exisiting lift complete all as specified and directed
