Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoions, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil etc

Removing excavated surplus soil n. exc 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders guage not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelling in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface

M&L for provide Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete or sub base of floor.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span. Note :- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured as paid for separately under repective items of this schedule.

M & L for brick work with subclass “B” Old size bricks, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement sand mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Use & waste of form work to sides and sofit of beam, lintel over 1.5metre span including supports, rough finishing to surface of concrete

Supply & Fixed in position steel rolling shutters having 1mm thick of laths, without ball bearing, including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer fixed in position complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F structural steel work i.e. rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle or tee sections in truss with connecting plate etc, comforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A'.

S&F for steel reinforcement mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spiralling for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

S&F for steel reinforcement mild steel TMT bars, of 8mm, 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape required cranking, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specfied.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, laid in bays, as in floor surface finished even & smooth without with using extra cement. Note :- Glass dividing strip shall be measured and paid for separetely under respective item of this schedule as supply only.

Supply only 3mm thick glass dividing strips, 38mm width etc complete.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing of new plastered surface of wall and apply two coat of cement paint over a coat of primer.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS PVC cable IS:694 with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit heavy duty ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with all stove enamelled steel conduit fittings such as Tees, elbows, bend, reducers etc, concealed conduit wiring fixed on wall/ on ceiling with GI saddles, GI screws, rowel plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including tee, junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box 1.25 mm thick of suitable size with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawn continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for One one flame proof light point controlled by one switch. Note :- (i) The cost of chases cutting on wall for concealing conduit, boxes, plate etc are included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Switches, sockets, etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 run of single core PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 4sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including stove enamelled steel Conduit of size not less than 20mm dia including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 4 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete . Note:- (a) Two runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm cable as earth lead with stove enamelled steel conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish. Make :- As specified in Appendix 'B' (list of Makes) to Particular specifications.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 run of single core PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of size not less than 20mm dia including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete including taking down of old UNSV sub main wiring. Note:- (a) Two runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of 6 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.
