REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN CONCRETE SLABS ON PRATAP AND BISON LOOPS AT STN SURATGARH

Amount

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The concrete shall be demolised in panels/as required at site. In panels the concrete shall the cut sharply around all the four edges/edges as per site by diamond cutter upto the full depth concrete, before demolition of panels without distrubing the existing concrete in adjacent panels.

Excavating over areas, n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed. (For WBM 150mm)

M&L for dry lean concrete (DLC) 150mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 kg/cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid and rolled to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density. Necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying 12mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer, complete all as specified and directed (No additional amount to be paid for overlap)

Supplying and Laying 400micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over sand cushion with overlap between adjacenet strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 275mm thick pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural Strength of 45kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aagregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand orcombination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement with amd inclusive of non circular polyester fiber as secondry reinforcement with diameter 30-35 micron, design for melting point 240-260 degree celsius and having of 1.34 to 1.40 recron (Recon 3S) @ 1kg/cum of concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i). PQC laid, Spread and compacted including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturign to be done as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and tabel 9 of IRC:15-2017 (ii) Cost of Recron fiber shall be deemed inclussive in unit rate.

Forming 25mm width expansion joint in concree slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint Cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, Oil, Vegetation and other debris. The Joint then filled with pre-moulded 25mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, therafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes after placing the backup rod and before pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polythylene foam backup rod of 30mm dia, over filler board and for top 20mm filed with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minium movement accomodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 5 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 10mm wide x 25mm deep construction joint using diamond cutter and filled with polyurethane joint filling sealant using diamond cutter and filled with polyurethane joint fillign sealant using mechanical means upto min depth of 10mm (depth minimum above the back up rod dia 10mm) with minimum performance guarantee of 5 year and minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirement of BS :5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note:- (i) Edges of joints shall be rounded up by mechanical means at the tiem of final cutting. (ii) Initial cutting shall be carried out within 24-36 hours of casting (iii) Final cutting, rounding of edges, use and waste of back up rod to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days(iv) Applying masking tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as.

M&L for forming 6mm wide and 90mm deep contraction (dummy) joint using diamond cutter and filled with polyurethane joint filling sealant using diamond cutter and filled with polyurethane joint filling sealant using mechanical means upto min depth of 10mm (depth minimum above the back up rod dia 10mm) with minimum performance guarantee of 5 year and minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) + or - 30% conforming to the requirement of BS :5212, BS-4252 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/water resistance test including two coats of primer and providing 10mm dia, approved quality closed cell polythene back up rod complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note:- (i) Edges of joints shall be rounded up by mechanical means at the tiem of final cutting. (ii) Initial cutting of size 3mm wide x 90mm deep shall be carried out within 24-36 hours and final cutting/ widening of size 6mm upto 24mm deep shall be carried outafter 28 days of casting (iii) Final cutting, rounding of edges, use and waste of back up rod to avoid deposition of foregion materials in the joint upto filling of joints shall be carried out after 28 days(iv) Applying masking tape on the edges of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as.

M&L for two coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letter, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow including 20mm wide black colour paint boarder on white/yellow strips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of demolished concrete and disposed off by contractor on his own arrangement from site to out of Mod land including loading, unloading distace not exceeding 5 Km, complete all as specified and directed. Note : ONE METRIC TONNE shall be considered as per load
