REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND OTHER E/M RELATED MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT OTM ACCN, JCO/ORS MD ACCN, CENTRAL INSTITUTES AND MH IN THE AOR OF GE (E) MATHURA

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light ,fan, socket any type, power, bell etc. ) complete including fixtures & fittings (such as ceiling rose, socket, Pendent, regulator, light fittings etc) and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls ceiling etc complete all as directed. ( Note: Credit for above items should be made as per credit Schedule separately)

Taking down carefully by submain wiring of any type complete and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable existing SPN/TPN DBs / enclousers any size and type / any descriptions as iron sheet scrap including MCB any type / size and making good disturbed surface / wall as per existing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable, multi-stranded, 1100 volts grade copper conductor, in universal colour code with & including suitable size of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit (not less then 20mm dia med gd) and its all accessories complete concealed in wall/roof incl cutting & chases( making good all to the disturbed surfaces as per existing) including with modular flush metal boxes with modular cover plates & frame for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators etc or including sunk cast iron /pressed steel/terminal boxed for mounting flush type switches/sockets etc with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet covers and including earth wire of PVC insulated (FRLS) copper conductor multistranded of 1.5 Sqmm size in green colour complete all as specified in current SSR Part-I & II & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as described below:-

a) One light/ fan point controlled by one way switch 5 amp complete.

c) One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one way switch on same board.

d) One 3 pin 5 Amps socket point controlled by one way switch on independent board.

e) One bell point controlled by one push button.

f) One light point controlled by two 2-way switches.

All as per item No. 4 but for 3 pin / 5 pin 16 Amps sockets outlet with 4 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed (FRLS) copper conductor cable independent Point wiring complete all as specified and as directed.
