REPAIRS MAINT OF DIFFERENT CAPACITY MOTORISED HANGER DOORS, BOOM BARRIERS, IMDM MACHINES, EARTHING /LIGHTNING PROTECTION WITH CONNECTING WORKS AT AFS TECH AREA GWALIOR

M& L in complete repair /servicing of Static frequency converter for avionics lab by disconnecting and opening the complete system of capacity 30 KVA having battery back up 12 V 42 AH 30 Nos and clean the internal vents,heat sink , fans with compressed air to prevent the overheating ,inspect operating temperature and monitor for blocked airflow or slowing cooling fans , check power terminals and wiring ,tighten the loose connections , Test the DC Link capacitors for capacity loss or bluging and inspect fuses or relays for wear. visualy check for signs of discoloration ,burnt circuit areas or componenet degradation on control cards complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) The repair shall be carried out only by OEM(Inertec) team and the cost of spares above mentioned are included in the quoted rate.(2) Transportation charges included in the quoted rate.

M&L in replacement of programmable DC power supply 28 Volt 10 Amps, 300 Watt digital dispay AC to DC converter complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for servicing , cleaning , greasing - Gear Box for Hanger Doors for wheel bearing and shaft, grinding and polishing the shaft, making the shaft to shape and alignment complete mechanical / Electrical/Electronic system with complete overhauling of electrically operated Hanger door of any make and any size, oiling, greasing of moveable parts, top up the gear oil if required making the hanger door in serviceable condition .complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i).The servicing should be done once in quarterly and a register should be maintained by the contractor. (ii) No extra cost shall be paid for attending complaints and defective parts shall be paid separately as supply & fix under respective item. (iii) Top up of gear oil will be paid separately under respective item (iv) The rate quoted shall included necessary minor spares , welding as required at site. (iv) servicing shall be carried out only by OEM rep.

Material & labour for servicing of Gear Box & complete mechanical system with complete overhauling of electrically operated Air traffic boom barrier of make heize or existing make size ( 9m) , oiling, greasing of moveable parts, top up the gear oil if required making the barrier in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i).The contractor shall be paid only once in entire contract period for servicing. (ii) No extra cost shall be paid for attending complaints and defective parts shall be paid separately as supply & fix under respective item. (iii) Top up of gear oil will be paid separately under respective item (iv) The rate quoted shall included necessary minor spares , as required at site. (iv) servicing shall be carried out only by OEM rep.

Supply and replacement of HD-90 lubricating oil in gear box of Hanger door/barrier complete all as specified & directed. The brake oil is used to top up evaporated brake fluid , hence no credit is offered .

S&F in replacement of Flash light enclosure suitable for air traffic Electric - operated Boom Barrier of existing make as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing No 6305/6304 for Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing No 6308 for Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing No 30205 for Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of ball bearing No 30208 for Boom barrier of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
