Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming of surface including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and exceding 50mm and not exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite, trap, basalt ) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with road rollar 8 to 10 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 03 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Including applying evenly a priming/tack coat wtith bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sq.metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing ;unsurfaced Black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumenous primer (paving bitumen) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content using paving bitumen (VG-30) by wt of total mix using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed (consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver finisher. (ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver. (ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper . (iii) Rolling shall be done in three stages as per clause 5.6.2 of IRC 111:2009 using 9 to 10 tonnes dead weight or vibratory steel wheel roller, pneumatic rollar of 12 to 15 tonnes and finally 6 to 8 tonnes smooth wheel rollars.

Material and labour for filling approved moorum/ red bajri in road side berms as light wearing surfaces spread, levelled, rolled and consolidated 100mm thickness with power roller including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Notes : Thickness shall be measured after consolidation.

Supply and fix sparkle solar stud conforming to ISO 9001 and BS14001 standard directional red in colour in three LED on each side of size not less than 120mm x 120mm x 50mm of pressure dia casted aluminum aloy and poly carbonate metal which shall be absolutely weather resistance and strong enough to suppor a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD4280 fixed steel zinc plated nails of adequate size or with adhesive (Epoxy) with two years warrenty for free replacement complete all as specified and directed. Make : Green lite/3M/SHAKTI.

Supply and fix Road studs (Cat eye) 100x100x18.5mm fitted with ABS body with reflective panels DA-978 having load bearing capacity 25 tones complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Green Lite//3M/SHAKTI.

Supply and fix dual direction delineator made out of 18 guage MS rectangular pipe of size 25 x 68 mm and of length 700 mm pipe powder coated . Head made out of impact resistant plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with high intensity prismatic reflector of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100 x 125 mm with additional two reflective strips of 25 mm wide complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for 2mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechnical engine driven machine, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking)complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, finished even and rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over 50mm thick sand layer watering and ramming complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 17 but 80 mm thick M-40 Grade paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1 PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copping/cills/edging , bed blocks,including necessary form work weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm cement concrete type C2, PCC 1:3:6 for plinth protection at every 3 Mtr intervals and turning , with joints shall between with sand mix or bituminous mastic complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2, PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B2 type thick PCC 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using any extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Material and labour for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joint for 100mm thick of floor filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for for Brick work with sub-class “B” bricks straight or curved in plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius with old size brick built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone/ concrete wall/ ceiling built in cement lime mortar of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with 1:4 ceement mortar without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for for preparing new plasterd surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) posts any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling wrought iron or MS works of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS Screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length exc. 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long 11 to 15mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing incl line wire 50x50mm mesh (12 gauge) size and any type of strands, rails, straining bolts etc including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Weight of chan link fencing shall be ascertained by board of officer conveyed by the GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire including dismantling of existing fencing wire mesh any typecomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS Wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of syn thetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer surface area not exc. 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, inlc securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc including dismantling of barbed wire of any type, length, thickness etc and complete all as specified and directed. (Each line of wire to be measured) Note: Posts and struts and straining bolts shall be measured separately.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete for fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum and getting out in hard/dense removing surplus soil to a distabce n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.
