INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix 15mm two way bib tap, Brass Chromium plated, fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle, suitable for CPVC pipe complete al as specified and as directed.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT & HARD STANDING

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, etc., and the like on roads/ pavements with hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick of white, golden, yellow or black colour as required and confirming to BS 3262-1989 including reflectorising glass bead @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm as per IRC:35(1997) and as per Clause 803 of MORTH specification with special applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads, dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement up to 160°C, driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturers' instructions, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Material and labour for point wiring complete all as specified with 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable with multistranded Copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking (for Phase, Neutral and Earthing) in and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of size 19mm dia with all accessories concealed in wall/ ceiling including continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded Copper conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly including factory made modular metal flush boxes concealed in walls and suitable size modular cover plates with frame for fixing modular switches/ sockets/ fan regulators, etc., complete all as specified for the following :

One light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

One three pin switch socket 6 Amps outlet point on independent board.

Supply and fix LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watts 220 Volts, AC decorative type, wall mounted LED batten (581x25x35mm) powder coated white extruded aluminium housing with integrated electronic driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 600mmx600mm Surface mounted LED Luminaire, 42 Watts with white powder coated CRCA housing with LEDs surface luminaire to enhance the delight of occupants with front frame with classic design & glare free soft illumination flat white high transmission acrylic cover complete with all accessories including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix LED luminaire square light fitting 18Watts, 220Volts, AC asthetically designed, 155x155x27mm flat panel for surface mounting with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible Copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting 1x10Watts, 220Volts, AC Bulk Head luminaires including driver holder and LED lamp and including connecting up with flexible Copper conductor cable of suitable size complete (for terrace) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix retrofit LED decorative wall light fixture 1x9Watts with B-22 base including driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with flexible Copper conductor cable of suitable size & all fixing arrangement, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Spot (Reading) LED decorative wall light fixture 1x6Watts, surface mounted including driver holder and LED lamp and including connecting up with flexible Copper conductor cable of suitable size & all fixing arrangement, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCCB, Four pole, 100 Amps, 415 Volts, with breaking capacity 16KA, (lcs=50%lcu) with fixed TM setting, conforming to IEC 60947-II, suitable for isolation, fixed overload and fixed short circuit settings, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, prewired Vertical type distribution board, (MCCB DB) TPN, 6 way, having degree of protection IP 43-IK-09 with metal double door, 415 Volts, flush type made out of CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 with 250 Amps rated copper bus bar with common neutral link earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs, terminal connectors for all incoming and outgoing circuits, duly prewired with adequate size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor upto the terminal connector/ neutral link, earthing etc as required complete concealed and fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MCCBs and MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCCB, Four pole, 63 Amps, 415 Volts, with breaking capacity 16KA, (lcs=50%lcu) with fixed TM setting, conforming to IEC 60947-II, suitable for isolation, fixed overload and fixed short circuit settings, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Cutting the existing pipe line 80mm dia and insert tee for 80x80x50mm including necessary earth work and GI fittings, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling and tapping GI water main in position for branch connections of the internal dia 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 900mmx 900mm (Internal size), 900mm deep with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:4 over 100mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100mm off set, 15mm thick internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15cm below GL in CM 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 20mm x 20mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50mm thick coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including 65mm Brass lock and keys (Godrej/Shell), MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil/soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, lay/ spread in trenches riddled sand for cushioning of cable to the full width of excavated trench, 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick above the cable, gently punned down after stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness will only be considered for payment.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCCB, Four pole, 160Amps, 415Volts with breaking capacity 36KA, (lcs=75%lcu) with fixed TM setting, conforming to IEC 60947-II, suitable for isolation, fixed overload and fixed short circuit settings, with spreader links and barriers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate, install, connect, test and commissioning LT panel board, powder coated, outdoor weather proof type, compartmentalised fabricated with 3mm thick CRCA steel and suitable sized pressed steel frame work, top with sloping canopy, bottom with detachable plates, front and rear with hinged type door and locking arrangements, chamber for cable entry and exit , chamber for aluminium busbars, separate compartment for each switch gear, louvers and air vent for natural air flow, holes drilled for connection including suitable angle iron/ flat iron frame work/ supports, excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, etc., as required with and including following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated, etc., complete mounted on PCC pillars complete all as specified and comprising of the followings :-

(i) 4 Nos busbar of equal size of Aluminium conductor with PVC coloured heat shrinkable type sleeves continuous rating of 200 Amps mounted on fibre reinforced insulator (1set) with LED indication lamps Red, Yellow and Blue colours (3Nos) on incoming side. (ii) 3 Phase Flush Mounting Meter, Class 1 meter, 96 x 96mm, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415Volts(Multifunction Meter) Make : L&T /Siemens - 1No (iii) INCOMING : MCCB with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release type of capacity 100Amps, 4 pole, 16 kA - 1No.

Item No.32 Contd… (iv) OUTGOING :- (a) MCCB with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release type of capacity 63Amps, 4 pole, 16 kA - 2Nos. WATER COOLER

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, Single Phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170Volts to 250Volts with output voltage stabilized at 230Volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of 1KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed

EARTHING

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 3Mtr below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 2.25Mtr below the ground level connected to GI earth strip of 32mm x 6mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40mm dia upto Test point 20mm dia watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm stone aggregates chamber 40 mm thick cover slab with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil and providing charcoal dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15cm all as required, specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50mtrs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover, 6 Nos 6mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe medium grade with suitable size from earth plate electrode to main switch, GI strip length up to 7.50mtr will be measured as one unit)
