Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick masonry with F.P.S.bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with bricks.Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying and Filling in plinth with blown sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including cost of sand.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality at 17kg per 10 sum impregnated with a coat of coarse sand at 60 cudm per 10sqm including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete: With residual type petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M25 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC structural elements upto floor five level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers (if required ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. M25 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix
