Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm( Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 approved sand:3approved graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth:

i) Foundation and plinth (bed) with in all leads and lifts.

(ii) Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

i) Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like: Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness .

ii) Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like.

iii) Edge of slab

Providing mild steel/ tor steel reinfircement for rainforced concrete work i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing (M.S Sheet & Angle iron) 600X60 mm dia man hole cover with frame cantrolling chamber for wheel valve complete. In all respect i.e locking arrangement etc. (not less than 35 kg each) abd angle iron stair case for up & down (not less than 75 kg)

Providing & fixing GMS tubes of following dia in wall floor, ventilating pipe/over flow pipe etc. including tube fitting and making the wall, floor etc. good. i.e ewlding with one feets 25 mm flat iron both side of req. pipes. (25mm-80mm) dia

Providing & fixing cantrolling arrangement with( 25 to 65) mm dia wheel valve i/c all type of tube fitting compelete.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Laying, testing and commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked GI Heavy conforming to IS 1239 or it equivalent latest with uptodate ammendments of following dia of Heavy/ Medium class, having wall thickness and weight per Rmt. as mentioned below and capable of withstanding required test pressure as presscribed in BIS/IS)code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of ointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as appliable and with upto date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of Advani/Oerliken make/ISI marked(welding rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees bends & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specificatin as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirment i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
