Design, supply, install, test and commissioning of indoor Flame proof type heavy duty DOUBLE BOX TYPE GIRDER electrically operated travelling (EOT) overhead crane process bldg Harpoon missile at Karanja of capacity 6.0 metric tonnes (MT), and span and travel length as per site requirement (Approx 18 mtr cross travel (SPAN) and 36 mtr long travel) Hook height of 4.50 meters including gantry rails and stopper at both ends and four wire bus bar including access ladders two nos. maintenance platform of suitable size, electrical wiring on proper insulators and brackets confirming to BIS with down leads for control of easy operation from the floor level, including electrical panel all as per details mentioned in data sheet (Appex 'A') all as specified and shown in the drgs and as mentioned in Annx "T" uploaded separately with tender document. (STORAGE BLDG)

Design, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of indoor type heavy duty hand operated traveling (HOT) Flame proof overhead crane, capable of handling 5 metric tonnes (MT) main hoist with centre to centre clear span appox 18 metres, single box girder type main gantry girder with necessary steel supporting structure and crab with clear hook height of 4.5 metres from the floor of corridor all as specified complete with all assessories/equipments and painted all as per OEM specification as approved by Engr-in-charge. (STORAGE BUILDING) HOT crane shall be provided with the following specifications and capable for Hand operating movements: (i) Longitudinal travel shall be limited to 1.0 m away from the walls on both ends. (ii) HOT crane shall be provided with the following movements:- (iii) Capacity of crane : 5.0 Ton single girder (iv) Clear Span : 18 Mtr approx. (v) Bay lengh : 36.0 Mtr (vi) Hook height : 4.5 Mtr from the floor

Earthing for EOT crane with galvanized cast iron earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm connected by GI earth strip of size 32 mm x 6mm thick soldered and riveted to earth plate. GI strip will be protected by using 50 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) earth plate to the motor of EOT Crane including flat iron clamp 25 x 3 mm including bolts, nuts and washer complete. The earthing included necessary earth work in excavation, PCC pit, RCC cover and frame, watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mesh etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Earth lead connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing of earthing on completion. (One Sets)

698 MP WORKSHOP- Dismantling and taking down safely the parts and components of existing 1 & 2 Ton HOT crane for repairs/replacement and other by gas cutting, removing bolts / nuts etc along with accessories incl the main structure if required fittings, chain pulley etc. necessary T & P required and reinstallation of the same after completion of maintenance work with preparation of all the surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer, incl testing and commissioning after B/R repairs complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down safely the parts and components of existing 2 Ton Flameproof EOT crane by removing bolts / nuts etc removing all electrical wiring, all electrical panels, electrical motors, gear boxes hoists & all connected accessories etc, bringing down all the panels, motors, gear boxes & accessories incl the main structure, rail complete including necessary T&P required & reinstallation of the same after completion of maintenance work with preparation of all the surfaces and applying two coats of Epoxy flame proof paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge incl testing and commissioning after B/R repairs.

M & L for completeCrane rail alignment with necessary fittings for all the three cranes (2 Ton EOT - 01 No & 1 Ton HOT - 02 Nos) including necessary cleaning work, welding work all as per site requirement for smooth functioning of Cranes complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE:- (i) After complete reinstallation of crane it should be tested for all motions, brake test, limit switch test, overload and deflection test for satisfactory working condition. All electrical wiring to be checked & tested for satisfactory performance. (ii) Any necessary items required for smooth functioning of EOT & HOT cranes desirable as per site requirement during the maintenance / repair work not specifically mentioned in above scope of work but essentially required for successful and safe operation of crane deemed to be included in the quoted rates above.
