Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering in CM 1:5 ,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Pointing with cm 1:3 Mixed with water proofing compound including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with kotta stone of size 610x610x 20mm cm 1:3 20mm thickincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite and all labour charges etc. complete

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete for 100 Sqm

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with one coats oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with two coats oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification
