ALMIRAH LARGE AND MEDIUM STEEL (FD-67(M)/ 351/1031/ 1032) (a) Removal of unserviceable locks and provision of new 65mm 6 levers lock with duplicate keys of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Removal of unserviceable handles and provision of new chromium plated handles 125mm long with suitable bolts and nuts as required all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(c) Removal of unserviceable corner clips and provision of new corner clips made out of 3mm MS plate to shelf all as per drawing and duly applied with two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(d) Removal of unserviceable three way locking device of almirah large with 8mm round MS rod and provision of new three way locking device with 8mm rod all as per drawing and duly applied with two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(e) All as per item No 1.004 above but almirah medium steel

(f) Removal of unserviceable worn out legs of Almirah large with shelves steel and provison of new MS legs of size 435mm x 70mm x 100 mm made out of 1.0 mm thick MS sheet all as per drawing duly applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and Legs fitted to almirah by continuous welding all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(g) All as per item No 1.006 above but almirah medium steel

(h) Removal of unserviceable shelf of Almirah large steel with shelves and replacing the same with new shelf made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 910mm long and 435 mm width duly applied two coats of olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The shelf should be fixed to Almirah large steel with suitable 3mm MS Clips all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(j) All as per item No 1.008 above but almirah medium steel of size 365mm long 465mm width.

(k) Continuous welding of legs, MS Cover and Corner clips of Almirah large and medium steel all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

LOCKER STEEL (FD-1029) (a) Removal of unserviceable handles and provision of new chromium plated handles 100mm long to be fixed as per drawing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Removal of unserviceable hasp and staple and provision of new chromium plated hasp and staple 75 mm long to be fixed as per drawing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(c) Removal of unserviceable shelf replacing the same with new shelf made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 530mm x 380 mm duly applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The shelf, should be fixed to locker steel as per drawing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removal of unserviceable shutter and replacing the same with new shutter made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 936mm x 350 mm duly applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The shutter should be fixed to locker steel all as per drawing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Removal of unserviceable worn out legs of locker steel and provison of new MS legs of size 580mm x 80mm x 150 mm made out of 1.0 mm thick MS sheet all as per drawing duly applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and Legs fitted to locker steel by continuous welding all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(f) Continuous welding of legs, MS Shutter, Shelves of locker steel all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER STEEL/TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-84(M)/ 1003/1004) (a) Replacement of old unserviceable locks of tables steel of sorts and S&F with new locks of 04 levers brass of approved make with duplicate keys complete all as shwon on drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Removal of unserviceable drawer of table office officer steel and provision of new drawer made of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with MS lock, 4 levers of approved quality all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) All as per item No 1.018 above but table ofiice clk steel

(d) Continuous welding 25mm square MS tube to the top base frame joints, leg joints and stiffener joints of table steel and also supply and fix new 25mm squre pipe where required of sorts all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e)Removal of old unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as approved and all as shown on drawings for steel tables

STEEL TABLES (FD-E6/MAP/03) Removing the old unserviceable Table tops & S&F with new tops made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Exterior garde) of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick half round TW beading complete and . Continuous welding 25mm square MS tube to the top base frame joints, leg joints and stiffener joints of table steel and also supply and fix new 25mm squre pipe where required of sorts all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified in drawings and as directed for the following steel tables :- (a) Table Computer

(h) Removal of old unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality size as required as approved and all as shown on drawings for steel tables.

Chair Computer/Chair revolving/Chair excuitive revolving/ sorts of chair revolving high back (FD/E6/MAP/01 & TP) (a) Replacement of the existing of seat and back of any sorts of all type chair computer and replacement with new seat and back and colour shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Replacement of UNSV of Hydraulic pressure systerm heavy duty 38mm dia of all type of chair computer/revolving and replacing new hydraulic pressure system heavy duty off fit to the chair revolving and all as specified and as directed

(c) Renewal of pedestal Assembly (base with wheel), injection moulded in black, 30% glass filled nylon,10.5mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin, press fitted in to each prong for holding the castors of 600mm pitch centre dia and to fit the chair revolving and allas specified and as directed

(d) Replacement of UNSV handle soft foam of all types of chair revolving/computer and replacing the new handle of soft foam of all types of chair revolving/computer any size with suitable to fix the nut & bolts including welding/broken joints and painting of steel surfaces of the chair with one coated synthetic enamil paint black shade complete all as specified.

Chair Writing (FD/E6/MAP/12) (a) Replacement of the existing of seat and back of any sort of chair writing and replacing with new seat & back colour shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Replacement of UNSV handle soft foam of all types of chair writing and replacing the new handle of soft foam of all types of chair Writing any size with suitable to fix the nut & bolts including welding/broken joints and painting of steel surfaces of the chair with one coated synthetic enamil paint black shade complete all as specified.

TABLE COMPUTER (FD/E6/ MAP/08) S & F the following new parts after removing broken/unserviceable parts including tightening with screw to other members of the table and minor repair like welding & painitng, polishing of beading new parts shape & size made out complete all as specified and shown on drawing. (a) Table drawer made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board (Exterior grade) with 4mm teak wood beading fixed with to edges of drawer&75MM deep on telescopic channels with lock double key.

(b) All as per item No 1.036 here in before but pull out tray/Mouse tray with telescopic channels.

(c ) All as per item No 1.036 here in before but complete side.

(d ) All as per item No 1.036 here in before but complete CPU Box.

(e ) All as per item No 1.036 here in before but Nylon buffers.

(f ) All as per item No 1.036 here in before but PVC cover for legs size of 50X25mm.

CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS (FD/75(M)) (a) Dismantling, packing of carefully existing unserviceable seat frame of chair CB with arms of any discription in any position and supply and fixing new seat frame made out of 1st class teak wood with finished and canned with 1.8mm and boarded with 3.5mm plastic cane superior quality colour white in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

(b) All as per item No 1.042 above but replacement of back frame of chair steel CB with arms and S&F new back frame made out of 1st class teak wood finished canned with 1.8mm and boarded with 3.5mm plastic cane superior quality colour white in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

(c) Removal of unserviceable arms rest of chair CB tubular steel with arms and provision of new arms rest of size 50mm x 25mm x 46mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including polishing new members with french polish to a glossy finish and fixed with suitable screws and washer all as per drawing and specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(d) Removal of unserviceable PVC shoes/Caps of chair CB tubular with arms and chair CB tubular without arms and provision of new PVC shoes/Caps as per standard size all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(e) Supply and fixing of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm duly welded to seat frame of chair CBA steel with both side front and back and duly synthetic enamel painted with one coat of primer Red oxide and over it are coat of olive green paint complete and items srl No 1.042 to1.045 all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL GLAGED (FD-104) Removal of existing unserviceable 4 mm plain glass and supply and fix provision of new 4mm plain glass of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

BOOK CASE STEEL (FD-1028) Removal of unserviceable set of 4 locks with one key sets and provision of new 65mm 6 levers lock with duplicate keys set of 4 locks of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

FD-1028 Removal of existing unserviceable 4 mm plain glass and supply and fix provision of new 4mm plain glass of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(C ) Supply and fixing of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm duly welded to seat frame of chair CBB steel with /out arms both side front and back and duly synthetic enamel painted with one coat of primer Red oxide and over it are coat of olive green paint complete and items ser No 1.050 to 1.051 all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Table Bed Side FD/E6/MAP/15 (R ) (a) Removal of existing unserviceable top and provision of new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak and other side balancing white fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging alround half round all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Removal of existing unserviceable side and provision of new side made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak and other side balancing white fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging alround all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(c) Removal of existing unserviceable upper/ lower Drawer and provision of new upper/ lower Drawer made out of 12 mm thick plywood BWR and front side 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particlr board fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Removal of existing unserviceable back plywood and provision of new plywood 6 mm thick BWR grade all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Removal of existing unserviceable Bow handles Chromium plated 125mm long and provision of new bow handles chromium plated 125mm long/ all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

E6/MAP/15 (R ) (f) Removal of existing unserviceable broken dammaged iron frame legs and provision of new legs of the same size of MS Coduct pipe (20mm x 20mm x1.6 mm Thickness) duly painted all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Charpoy rectangular pipe with plytop OR's/ Jco's /Bed Hard (FD/MAP-II/01,CWE/FD/01, CWE/FD/77, FD/E6/MAP/08) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood, supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood with ISI Mark all as directed and shown on drawings.

Charpoy rectangular pipe with plytop OR's/ Jco's /Bed Hard (FD/MAP-II/01,CWE/FD/01, CWE/FD/77, FD/E6/MAP/08) (b) M&L preparation of existing steel surfaces by removing all dents filling with putty & spray painting with machine Two coats of synthetic enamel paint black as indicated in drgs & as in the Furniture Yard , Unit lines & Officer Qtrs directed by Engineer-in- charge .

(c) Continuous welding MS frame to the top base frame joints, leg joints and stiffener joints of Charpoy and also supply and fix new existing MS pipe where required of sorts all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI pipe 32mm with ply top (FD-220) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood, supply and fix new 12mm thick commercial plywood with ISI Mark all as directed and shown on drawings. Of GI Charpoy 32 mm plywood top with appropriate MS Nut & Bolts with Washer . If any flat iron 40 x 5mm thick broken/ UNSV duly welded & replaced the same and here-in-before all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

FD-220 (a) Supply & Fix GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade for long rail 1980 mm length each and threading both ends as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Cutting the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail and modifying into one short rail and one leg. The short rail threading both ends as per drawing and legs including threading as per drawings, providing new MS sheet 3mm thick 50mm dia made to shape and continuously welded to the bottom and MS Sheet piece applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as directed. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Cutting the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia short rails and modifying into legs including threading as per drawings, providing new MS sheet 3mm thick 50mm dia made to shape and continuously welded to the bottom and MS Sheet piece applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as directed. Note : Each leg shall be measured separately.

(d) Supply only GI elbow 32mm dia medium grade 3 way suitable for GI pipe charpoy conforming to relevant IS with ISI mark all as spcified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Assembling the GI charpoy with serviceable members as retrieved new modified / supply only members as obtained vide Sl item No 81 to 85 here-in-before all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
