1)Construction of School Toilet at Panchayat Union Primary School at Kumarankudieruppu in Valliyoor Town Panchayat of Valliyoor Panchayat Union

Earth work excavation in all soils such as red earth ,hard stiff clay soil, stiff black cotton soil, hard redearth,shales, murrams, gravel,hard rock not requiring blasting ete complete.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted, etc., complete comply

Refilling in foundation and basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and compacted including & conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) using II class bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of RCC works of plane surfaces mentioned below including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets stiffened with M.S angles

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1½:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC works excluding centering, shuttering, and reinforcement grill but including laying, ramming, curing etc., complete

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and five sand)10mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats using Ist quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Labour Charges for fixing steel door of size 0.75mX1.80m with frames including all charges etc.,

Supply and Delivery of Water Closet for fixing including cost and Labour charges etc compelete

Provision for 500 lit sintax tank

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above RENEWAL Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
