Repair Works to COE Building Toilets, AIISH Main Campus

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old PVC SWR line, removing and re-fixing doors shutters and any other dismantling works, removing debris, cleaning work above false ceiling in toilets and other works wherever required as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Removing of existing old or broken wash basin / urinals/ Indian Water closet/ European Water closet and disposing it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 75mm nominal dia Sewer (SWR)/PVC pipes 6.00kgs/sqcm working pressure, including all fittings, This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 110mm nominal dia Sewer (SWR)/PVC pipes 6.00kgs/sqcm working pressure, including all fittings, This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. - 25mm nominal OD pipes.

Providing and laying cinder concrete in cement 1:15 (1 cement : 15 cinder of 12.5mm nominal gauge) on terraced roof or sunken slabs, laid to slope compacting, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.
