M&L for repair to potholes of any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in scrolled and graded road metal, watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick ( compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of sand stone, flint or quartizite of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber required with power roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 3 above but black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with mechanical sprayer over unsurfaced WBM with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with mechanical sprayer over old black top surfaces with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at 5kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concerete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surface with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repairs All directional ROUND reflector delineator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 47 mm and of length 750 mm. Pipe stove enamelled and baked to 1200C OR powder coated. Head made out of ABS plastic ROUND moulded provided with High Intensity Beaded (encapsulated) Reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of band length 240 mm with additional 2 reflective strips of 25 mm wide embedded in position and in PCC block complete all as specified and directed. CAT PART No. GPLUBPH - 11-51 Make: GREENS /GREENLITE or equivalent in SINOR/OSCAR etc.

S&F in repairs dual directional reflective cat eye of impact resistant plastic 100x80x15mm ultra violet resistant yellow colour having micro prismatic/cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with epoxy/ bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M or equivalent in SINOR/OSCAR etc.

Hot thermo plastic imported road marking material strips conforming to Britsh specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm 75% spherical with indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in width of n.exc 15 cm strip in white colour according to IRC35-1970, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of Make: ASIAN/STP Ltd.

S&F solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm or 120x130mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs, solar- cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours. Cat Part No. GPL-03-01 Make: GREENLITE or equivalent in SINOR/OSCAR etc.

S&F road view directional cocave mirror of size 600 mm in dia, fixed with MS pipe of outer dia 50 mm and of length 1500 mm above ground level and embedded in position and in PCC block complete all as specified and directed.

Rubberised Speed breaker of size 420 mm width and of height 70-75mm made out of strong weather-resistant hardened rubber capable to with stand weight of the vehicles comprises of segments of colour black/ yellow. Length of one segment 490-500mm and having 2 x 2 = 4 numbers glass reflective lenses suitable for fixing with 4 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails + epoxy/ bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and directed. CAT PART No. GPL-07-55 Make: GREENS/GREENLITE or equivalent in SINOR/OSCAR etc.

Providing and Erecting of Sign boards of size 1200x900mm rectangular additional plate made out of retro reflective sheeting of Micro prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2010 / ASTM D4956 Type XI standards, fixed over 4 mm thick aluminum composite panel supported with back support frame of 35x35x5mm mild steel angle as approved & supported on a 3.1 mtr long mild steel angle iron post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm (2 nos.) coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coat of best quality epoxy paint in black and white bands. The details of various informations/ symbols for each board shall be as per the instruction of engineer in charge. including necessary fixing in PCC 1:2:4 mix of size 45x45x60 cms. for each leg stand including excavation curing etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 4,150.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
