Providing and fixing MS BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2.00 mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semicircular plain G5 sheet gutter of 0.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm with iron brackets 40*3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete as per direction of Engineer in charge,.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain GS sheet of 0.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia Gl limper and bitumen washers complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade with two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Its/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Its/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes 110 mm diameter single socketed pipes conorming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
