Repair/Replacement of flooring, plastering and certain others works in JCOs/OR Md Accn at Mil Stn Gaya

M & L Coloured Non vitrified coloured jointless tiles (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.34 Sqm but not exc. 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:6.including taking down existing tiles. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

M&L Granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20 mm thick in working platform and like including cutting for sink etc. in cement mortar (1:4) including rounding of edges and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match.complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Dismantling floor tiles 10 mm size hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding without breaking the tile and removing mortar (but not backing) complete.

M & L Coloured digital Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces area of each tiles not exceeding 0.16 sqm x 7-8 mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing for tiles incl taking down old tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)
