REPAIR / MAINT OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION, PUMP SETS, STARTERS, PANEL BOARDS, IRON REMOVAL PLANTS AND CLEANING OF SUMP/OHT ETC AT SHILLONG CANTT AND FILTRATION PLANTS UNDER GE SHILLONG

M&L for cleaning of Underground/semi underground sumps of 1 Nos of 1.5 lakhs Gallon capacity through 7" stage mechanical tank cleaning process by involving the following six (7) stages of cleaning process complete all as specified and directed for semi underground sump 1.5 Lakh Gallon capacity. (a) Draining out reserved water by opening drain out valve/ dewatering system. (b) Removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by using TERBACK G10 Chemical and Scrubbing the wall of tank all complete. (c) Cleaning inside sufaces of the tank with Fresh water by high speed jet pump all complete. (d) First bacteria screening for sterilisation by using TERBACK G-5 all complete. (e ) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner all complete. (f) Second bacteria screening for sterilisation by using UV rays all complete. (g) Third bacteria screening for sterlisation by using TERBACK G65. Note : - (1) The entire work should be carried out be TANCLEAN process by any franchises or M/s RAYS CLEANTECH, or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. (2) Entire T&P should be arranged by the Contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at the stipulated rate. (3) "Date of cleaning" shall be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100mm height. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank.

All as per Item No 01 above complete but for RCC/PS Overhead Reservoir upto 30 ft high staging of 7000-10000 Gallon capacity.

All as per Item No 01 above complete but for RCC/PS Overhead Reservoir upto 30 ft high staging of 3000 to 5000 Gallon capacity.

M&L for cleaning of Underground/semi underground sumps of 1 Nos of 1.5 lakhs Gallon capacity through manual cleaning process by involving the following stages of cleaning process complete all as specified and directed for semi underground sump 1.5 Lakh Gallon capacity. (a) Draining out reserved water by opening drain out valve/ dewatering system. (b) Removing all scale, dirt, mud inside the tank by using bleaching/calcium hypochloride Chemical and Scrubbing the wall of tank all complete. (c) Cleaning inside sufaces of the tank with Fresh water by high speed jet pump all complete. Note : - (1) The entire work should be carried out by contractors own arrangement. (2) Entire T&P should be arranged by the Contractor at their own. Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at the stipulated rate. (3) "Date of cleaning" should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100mm height. Cost of the same is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank.
