M&L for reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Nominal Mix as in chajjas canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like upto and incl 7 storied bldgs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges upto and incl 7 storied bldgs, comlete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 4.00 here-in-before but 6mm to 8mm dia (as in stirrups).

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) jali/louvers of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section ndicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints in cement mortar 1:4 (Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid) Set in cement mortar 1:4 (Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Precast frame shall be measured separately and paid for item above.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls ,concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc upto and incl 7 storied bldgs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on new PCC block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto and incl 7 storied bldgs, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid Water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer through mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls/chajjas and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (weather coat) paint over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty for neat and smooth finishing in colour and pattern as decided by Air Force Authorities in bldgs upto 7 storied, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds , moss & efflorescent salts & treating oily & greasy spots & filling holes & cracks with suitable material like white cement or Plaster of Paris and applying one coat of white wash including necessary scaffolding upto 5th storey complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds , moss & efflorescent salts & treating oily & greasy spots & filling holes & cracks with suitable material like white cement or Plaster of Paris and applying one coat of white wash including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring or pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finished 30cm x30cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15 mm thic screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection, pavement etc and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
