Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barir under and alrond the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimetr of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification/IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completeion of the foundations i) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work ot be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (six) years shall be furnished b the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Supplying & placing Filcrete using cement crushed stone sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38 deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Construction of granular sub-bass by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, Transom & mullions, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including making perforations in precast slab as per drawing weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of PPC Cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels for transom & mullions including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, MS/CS pipes,square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing, fabricating and fixing hand rail using SS304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / mat polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, speciifications complete. A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before starting of work at site.This work to be exceuted through approved specialized agency.

Supplying, providing and laying 200mm thick Cement Concrete block masonry using solid concrete blocks of size 400 x 200 x 100mm manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1) density not less than 1800 kg/cu.m of grade C 4.0 using 20mm down graded aggregates in basement & superstructure at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 including mixing mortar, hacking closely concrete surface, laying blocks, raking joints, curing etc., with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement if provided will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm Grade C (4.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and applying minimum 20 mm thick external Sand faced cement sand plaster in two coats, first coat to be 12 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including mixing approved pure acrylic based polymer modified cementations water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer in both the layers, keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive sand faced treatment. Second coat to be 8 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), finishing the surface, by taking out grains or keeping the surface rough to receive finishing work or as required to receive specified architectural external finish, to correct line, plumb and level to external faces of walls, soffits/ceiling if any, independent double legged scaffolding, plastering precast concrete, window sills, RCC cornices, making wattas, drip moulds, pattas etc, curing, cleaning, at all levels, complete all as directed by EIC.

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevations and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm, thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufactures specification, 'lmpermo' or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.

Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing chicken-mesh reinforcement of 1.5mm dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular openings of 10 to 13mm, fixing using nails, including cutting of required sizes complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position 200mm thick High Density Thermocole having minimum density of 20 kg/cum in expansion joint gap filling, machine foundation, including cutting to required sizes, wrapping with 500 micron thick polyethylene sheet, etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Supplying, mixing and caulking areas at and around penetrations, Embedded Parts, construction joints, expansion joints and at all locations as specified in the drawings, using approved Bitumastic compound joint sealant including preparation of surfaces and edges, applying appropriate primer, backstop, Tape, masking tapes, supply of necessary tools, equipment, scaffolding, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the EIC.

Providing 50mm thick concrete flooring with metalic concrete hardner topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 38mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Supplying and laying approved quality Polished Vitrified floor tiles of size (600mmx600mm or 300x300 size) 9 to 10mm thick Kajaria/ Asian/ Nitco or approved equivalent conforming to IS 15622 first quality in pattern / combination as shown in drawing,over 40mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4, to achieve total final floor finish of 50mm thickness, jointed with neat cement slurry mixd with pigment to match the shade of tiles including all materials, labour, tool etc., complete all as per schedule drawings / specification and as directed by EIC. Note: Sample shall be submitted and got approved by EIC before procurement.

Supplying and laying approved quality Anti-Skid Vitrified floor tiles of size (600mmx600mm or 300x300 size) 9 to 10mm thick Kajaria/ Asian/ Nitco or approved equivalent conforming to IS 15622 first quality in pattern / combination as shown in drawing,over 40mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4, to achieve total final floor finish of 50mm thickness, jointed with neat cement slurry mixd with pigment to match the shade of tiles including all materials, labour, tool etc., complete all as per schedule drawings / specification and as directed by EIC. Providing and laying 50mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring of required size & specified colour, pattern and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 30mm thick pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring 18mm thick Granite slab fixing with 30mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4

In steps/step tread, risers 18mm thick Granite slab with anti skid grooves of required pattering & moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4. The granite slab shall be single length to match step length.

Providing and laying of acrylic based polypropylene Carpet from 'Unite of variety sonnet of tufted pile weight of 750gms/sqm of approved colour shade, backing of 8mm expanded polyurethane foam of synthetic resin adhesive of SR:998 or equivalent make over the floor / skirting as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. fixing all complete 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work. 2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers.

Providing and fixing Designer Concrete tile Flooring (using "EUROCON / ULTRA / Duracrete" make or approved equivalent type and make) of approved colour and design over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4, setting the tiles in cement slurry including pointing the joints with white cement with matching colour pigments, curing and cleaning the tiles by water sponging after laying complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 65mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming to IS 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour, etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Supply and application of 2 or 4 coats of Epoxy paint from approved manufacturer & approved shade and approved colour to interior walls, columns, beams, ceiling gantry platform and as indicated in the drawings upto 24m elevation, including scaffolding, staging and approch ladder etc., including preparation of the surface to be painted, by surface grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter, open voids, water cleaning, protecting the plate EP's, pipe EP's, closed steel boxes, edge angles with masking tape, applying primer coat, one coat of putty mixed with epoxy, filling all voids / pinholes in concrete by approved wall putty mixed with epoxy, removal of roughness in plastered surface with one or two coat of putty, applying epoxypaint by airless spray gun or roller brush with necessary ventilaton system, exhaust fans for proper release of gas, all materials, tools - tackles, equipment, materials, labour, necessary cleaning equipment, etc,. all complete as per manufacturer specification at all elevations and directed by the EIC. Note: Rate includes following 1. Two or more shade with 250 or 500 micron thickness shall be envisaged in a single wall. 2. Wetfilm thickness and Dry film thickness shall be checked at frequent intervals and as per QA requirements. 3. Rate shall also include preparation of concrete/ wall surface by breaking (if required), chipping, surface grinding and making the concrete surface smooth by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering as indicated by EIC. 4. Painting in confined areas also envisaged in this item. Embedments / equipments available in the room shall be protected with masking tape or by alternate arrangements.

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (IN Skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bd of cement mortar 1:3) including machine/hand cutting to required size & SHape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In Dados and skirting laid over 12mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:3

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattem and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In skirting 18mm thick Granite slab laid over 12mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:3

Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, making uniform height, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for under relevant item) NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Design, fabrication, supply and installation of Frameless Façade using clear, toughened float glass of specified thickness for fixed glazing and openable panels (doors) with crystal edge polish and necessary patch fittings (ALMAZ or approved equivalent) for swing doors, hunged on floor spring, having a width up to 1200 and height up to 2500 mm, S.S.handles and locking arrangement and clear toughened float glass fixed for fins and all joints sealed with weather silicone sealent and fixed portion glass from top sides and bottom with anodised (minimum thickness 25 microns) Aluminium 'C' channels (25 mm X 25 mm X 1.5mm thick) and all glass to glass joints sealed with clear thick weather silicone sealent and making the required grooves in plaster/concrete for fixing channels etc and making good the same with sealent/plaster of paris etc. complete all as per approved shop drawings, specifications and as directed by EIC

Rolling shutters PULL and PUSH type including top hood 1.25mm thick

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing Motorized arrangements including designing, providing spring less motor, control panels, limit switches, etc of "Swastik" or "Windoors" make or equivalent approved make all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Exceeding 10.00 sqm and up to 16.80 sqm in the area

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal Two / Three Hour fire rated doors (of approved ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer) as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specifications. The recommended fire doors shall be tested at identified laboratories for maximum rating of 3 hours with vision panel. Test certificates shall be furnished for vision panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates shall not be accepted. The manufacturer's test certificate shall cover all doors supplied shall be within the tested specimen. Deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates shall not be allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating shall be mandatory.
