Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incling cement mortar bedding including backing (where ever required), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises (outside the complex area) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sq.m and not exc. 4 Sq. m Each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters not exc. 1.5 sq. m Each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of Screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

S&F of coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- KAJARIA/JOHNSON/SOMANY

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in edges of floor, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distember over one coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surface of walls including preparation of old surfaces all as specified and directed .

Taking down, easing & refixing of shutters in same opening, of any description but exc 1 sq.m and n.exc 2 sq.m each.

Taking down old Kitchen cabinets of size n.exc 3m x 0.6m x 1m per cabinet incl shutters, fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth in walls without using extra cement etc complete.

M&L WPC Board (Wood-plastic composites board) of 18mm thick, fabricated & fixed with screws for cabinet boxes and shutters purpose incl cutting, joining, etc & making good, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- RAJSHRI/BLACK COBRA/SINTEX/DURAPLAST/ ALEX Note: Glass for cabinets will be measured and paid seperately as supply only item.

M & L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillers, windows-cill, cooking platform and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with of pigment to match with shade of granite etc., including 20mm screed bed in CM1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as specified.

Dismantling exsisting Windows / Ventilatiors with frames and making good the jambs surfaces by necessary plastering, etc., matching to exsisting surfaces and finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated anodised alluminium frame for sliding doors, window, ventilators, partitions with one or more rebates including joining cleat etc. (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and fixing/finished with metal paste on gaps of the surface in contact with stone masonry walls / brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc. (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fix 4mm thick Figured glass, pin head type and area n.exc 0.5 sq. m in squares each pane fixed to alluminium frame works with necessary rubber beadings etc. Complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples to Aluminium Frames/shutters, complete and as directed.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distember over one coat of alkali resistant primer on old decorated surfaces of wall including complete removal of existing treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No (above) herein before but one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint of old painted wood/wooden based surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of any type of batten or conduit (Light, Fan, Socket or power) complete removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, roofs etc including two coats of white/colour washing/distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down socket 5/15 Amps and switch and refixing after civ works at same as per existing site reqd complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts FRLS grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable drawn through PVC concealed conduit of suitable size, complete with all PVC conduit accessories/ fittings, brass screws, washers etc, including metal flux boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting modular switches, sockets and regulators etc, including all cutting/chases etc in walls and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed directed for One 5 Amps socket point on independent board.

All as per item No.59 above but wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm for 3 pin 15A socket multipurpose on independent board .
